There is CleanSpace, Drainage Matting, and TerraBlock all laid down and then finally sealed to the crawlspace walls with spray foam insulation. This method completely protects against air leakage and will help the homeowners be more comfortable in their home. 

Basements and attics are generally the most problematic in a home for making homeowners feel uncomfortable. For this hired job, the homeowners were having enormous difficulties keeping their home at an even, comfortable temperature due to the basement. The stone covered concrete walls had a lot of holes and gaps to allow hot and cold air leak into the home. By using our Closed Cell Spray Foam, the home became more energy efficient just by insulating the walls, leaving these homeowners very happy with their lower energy bills.

For this homeowner we were able to air seal their whole attic floor, insulate the exterior walls with TruSoft cellulose, and install baffles in the bedroom above the garage. These combined measures will no longer allow massive amounts of air leakage in this home and it will also help in keeping their heating and cooling bills low.

This customer was suffering from a severe loss of heat in the walls of the home. Upon inspection by our Certified Home Comfort Advisor specialist, it was discovered there is was a severe lack of insulation throughout the home. Some cellulose was sprayed into the attic for insulation, as well as air sealing the rim joists of the home with spray foam as shown here.

A rim joist is essentially what the home sits on (it provides lateral support to the joists) but can end up very drafty without insulation. Here, we used closed cell spray on the rim joists which helped seal from drafty air which was causing the home to be colder in the winter and warmer in the summer.
