Drafty homes with cold floors are just plain uncomfortable. This house was all that and then some. We wanted to do something for this homeowner quickly before winter sets in and they have to live through the pain and suffering of all these insulation problems. We decided to start with the basement to solve some of their immdiate problems. Spray foaming the basement walls will vastly improve their issues.

When you're having moisture issues we can fix them! We not only insulated this customer's home but we also installed a super sump system for him so he no longer has water problems. The water in this basement now goes in to this sump pump as opposed to being stagnant puddles throughout the basement floor, and the sump pump takes it outside.

When you want attic storage, spray foaming the roof is one of the best options for this scenario. This will make the attic a conditioned space so there will be little to no temperature difference between the attic and the rest of the home.

This attic was inaccessible therefore we cut a small entry so that we could insulate the attic and then we patched the hole and made it look brand new.
