Customer called in after noticing the kitchen faucet was no longer working properly. It was not fully turning on or off. Our plumber Mario arrived and went over the options for the customer as far as repairing or even possibly replacing the faucet. Customer knew it was better to replace the faucet than repair something that was so old. Mario carried a replacement faucet on the truck that customer chose and he was able to replace it right away for them.

Customer turned on his sprinkler system and noticed the pressure was not what he was accustomed too. With one quick phone call to Pipe Works Services, his appointment was scheduled with ease. Our plumber, Bobby came out to the customer's home same day and got right away to diagnose the issue. After locating the culprit to be the old failing pressure reducing valve, the customer knew it had to be replaced. Bobby replaced the reducing valve and also added a new ball valve to ease any future servicing needed. All was tested in working order and the customer was extremely satisfied with the service. 

An Angie's List customer found us after experiencing an issue with their toilet. One quick search of a plumber in the Chatham area, immediately listed us as the top rated plumber. With a quick call in the office, and some information confirmed, the customer was scheduled for a same day appointment to address the issue. Bobby arrived to the customer’s house within a couple of hours of scheduling the appointment. After some diagnostic work, he found the issue to be the fill valve and the flapper. Our plumbers carry these items on the truck normally, and Bobby was able to take care of the issue right away within an hour. Bobby ensured the toilet was working properly before leaving, and the customer was extremely satisfied.

A customer back in May called Pipe Works Services about a toilet clog that was occurring. a video inspection of the line was done and found the PVC piping in the basement new the laundry sink had some problems. Our technician Pedro installed new PVC piping to restore better flow.
