A new customer in Chatham, NJ was looking to install a new HVAC system because his boiler was over-sized and inefficient. In addition, the customer also had a 30 year old air conditioning. Pipe Works Services technician Jonny recommended a new Lennox HVAC system. An existing customer called Pipe Works Services in Chatham, NJ with a problem that his gutter drain lines were backing up. One of our senior technicians Jonny performed a camera inspection and it revealed a heavy backup in the drain line.

Our technicians determined that small excavation needed to be performed and that a new clean out that provides easy accessibility would need to be installed. Technicians Jonny, Odin, and Washington installed the clean out and jetted the line to ensure proper flow of the pipe so water doesn't build up around the home.

Luckily, the customer had the dehumidifier under warranty. Months later, the customer called that is wasn't working correctly. Pipe Works Services technician Pablo diagnosed that the condensate drain was clogged. Pablo was able to repair the line and the house was able to be dehumidified - which allows for better, drier air.
