A frequent customer of Pipe Work Services called in to renew their Pipe Works Service agreement but also had a drain line clog. Our technician Alan performed the maintenance on his HVAC as well as unclogged a drain line under their bathroom sink. Alan removed some build up and the drain was as good as new.
A customer with a restaurant in Chatham, NJ called Pipe Works Services and said there are multiple wires that were getting extremely red and sparking. This had the potential to be very dangerous so our electrician, Ryan was dispatched right away and diagnosed that the faulty outlets had to be replaced, Ryan also replaced the device boxes and cord ends with new water tight splash proof devices. This will protect these boxes from splashes of water since there is a lot of moving traffic in the back of the restaurant.

This saved them money on their high energy bills.
A recent new customer in Chatham, NJ called Pipe Works Services to get a new air conditioning and furnace for their home. These customers have been thinking for a while whether or not to invest into replacing their HVAC system but the recent work completed by Pipe Works propelled them to move forward with the project. Our system design specialist Lloyd went to to visit the home and determined a Lennox system would be the best option. Pipe works Services technicians Odin and Ramito installed a Lennox Single Stage Furnace
with a 3 Ton 13ACX Lennox Air Conditioning Condensing Unit with a new coil and thermostat.
A new customer who saw our trucks in Chatham, NJ called Pipe Works Services because their water heater was not working properly. Pipe Works technician Pablo diagnosed that customer had an older water heater 40 gal nat gas, and Pablo provided proper estimates to perform the job. Pablo installed a new 40 gal water heater with all code upgrades needed for inspection. Pablo installed new flue pipe for venting out excess or harmful air out, installed automatic shut off valve for heater inlet so the water heater can shut off for emergencies, installed new gas line that provides gas from the gas meter to the water heater, installed new ball valve shut off so the customer can manually shut off the water heater and showed the customer where everything is and how it functions. Pablo also installed new pan to collect any water from a potential leak, as well and tested everything for proper function and leaks, heat is set to the hot position on about 120 degrees.
