One of our long time vendors called in to Pipe Works Services after their Modine heater started to show signs of breaking down. They knew it was reaching its end of life expectancy and wanted to replace it rather than spending money on something that was no longer running efficiently. Our senior technician Jonny came out to give an estimate and go over the job process. We were able to have the material ordered same day, and return the following day to install it for the customer. Our customer chose a new Modine Hot Dawg heater which is rated at 125,000 BTUs!
Longtime customer called in after purchasing a new kitchen faucet. She knew there was only one company to call to handle the replacement. Jimmy who is her favorite plumber here, was scheduled for the next day. He arrived at the home and installed it within the matter of no time. Another satisfied PipeWorks Services customer.
Customer called in after noticing that his heat was not coming on . Customer called in and was scheduled for a same day appointment. Zach arrived to the home and was able to diagnose exactly what was wrong . The thermostat was longer working and needed to be replaced. The customer went with an Aprilaire 8463. Zach tested the unit after that to ensure it working properly. There were no further issues
Customer called in after her husband had a failed attempt with repairing the toilet. They knew they needed to call us to handle the situation. Chris was able to come out same day to address the issue. The customer while trying to replace the tank ended up cracking it while tightening the screw. Chris was able to quickly remedy this issue and had the customer back up and running within a matter of hours.
Customer called in after noticing they were receiving an error code from their Navien tank less water heater. Our technician Zach was able to come out same day and diagnose the issue. After going over some questions with the customer, one thing stuck out the most. They failed to get proper maintenance done. After Zach diagnosed the system, he found the intake screen to be severely clogged. He pointed out this would be caught during routine maintenance visit. After a cleaning and descaling of the unit, the customer's unit was back to working at factory specs. Customer is now a member with a maintenance plan that covers a cleaning for their Navien tank less water heater every year to avoid future issues.
