Customer called in after going downstairs and seeing the water heater leaking from the top. Our plumber Dwight came out same day to diagnose what was wrong. After going of the issue and the repair versus replacement options, the customer knew they were going to get anymore time from there already 12 year old water heater. Dwight advised the customer replacement was their best option. He was able to install a new Rheem water heater within a matter of hours. Customer had hot water later that night .
Customer called us after noticing that the outlet in their child's room was starting to turn a darker shade of brown. Knowing this was not something common, out customer contacted us right away. Our electrician Ryan was able to come out same day to address the issue. After diagnosing excatly what was going on , Ryan was able to make the neccessary repairs . Another satisfied customer.

Customer called in after purchasing a new shower head for their home. They not only wanted it changed but also wants it extended to be lower down in the showe.
