I was referred to GSM in 2011by a technician of a previous air and heating company I was dealing with.  The company he was working with was about to shut down, so he recommended that I try GSM.  I called GSM, and a technician came out to inspect my unit.  The technician informed me that I needed a new furnace.  He went over everything with me such as pricing, and explained all that he was going to do when installing my new furnace.  He answered all my questions and concerns. GSM is the best! They are punctual, polite, respectful, kind, and will explain everything in detail. The most exciting thing is the low monthly fee they charge for maintenance.  I recommend GSM to everyone.  You will not be disappointed.

It is not possible to improve.  The Long's have a talent for hiring and training people.  We so appreciat this company, it's people and what it does... especially Jason, who helps us better understand our heating and cooling system.  Thanks so much!

As expected from the preliminary meetings with Greg Paxton, all service was done with quality and expertise. Your crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and interested in our needs. Sean explained not only the product installed but the working and efficiency of our new units. He answered questions and gave me “training” in operating our system. They were very conscious of keeping the work area neat and clean - inside and out. I believe the maintenance will be top quality annually as assured by Greg at our final meeting.

I appreciated the speed of the installation and courtesy the installers showed while at my home.  A new unit was installed when promised and my old unit hauled away.  A recheck was scheduled to ensure my satisfaction.  I most surely will recommend GSM to anyone with air conditioning or heating needs.
