Working in the attic on a hot day in August, these people stuck with it and stripped out the old insulation that made me sick, allowed me time to complete new electrical work and came back a week later to blow in new insulation. Great work! The house is much easier to cool and the cost of heating and cooling was cut by half. The work will pay for itself in energy savings.

Our electric bill was averaging $550.00 per month for well over 2 years. After speaking with various friends with similar size homes, they said their bills were about $350 per month. We were perplexed and concerned. I searched for a company that specializes in home energy evaluations to help us figure out our astronomical utility bill. As we have several large aquariums in out home, my original thought was all the electricity the tanks were pulling. We scheduled GSM to come in mid January for an evaluation. Mr. Smith from GSM spend hours in our home inspecting and evaluating our "leaky" house. Well his pictures were the proof. All the cold air in the winter that is up in our attic, was leaking into our living space because numerous ducts and venting spaces were not sealed properly. The same in the summer.... Our cool air from an overworked air conditioner was leaking up to the hot attic.
Mr. Smith showed us how additional insulation, duct dealing and air sealing would make a difference for us financially as well as more comfortable in our living space. We decided it certainly made since and even if we could save an additional $100.00 per month, that would add up over time.
A month after our install..... the proof is astounding. We are no longer in sweat shirts or jackets and the heat isn't running full blast. Our son's room is warmer at night, so no need for his 4 blankets. I actually walked around last week without socks, because the house was comfortable. Our heat is staying inside!!!

There is not enough room on this page for me to tell you how much I think your company is worth. I have never seen people do their job as well as your people did. They not only were courteous, not only knew their job well, but answered all questions, (and I asked a lot!) They covered everything up and took care as not to make a mess anywhere. I have never seen workmen do their jobs (hard work) and still take time to answer any questions with a smile! There was even a real young little fellow who must have been raised right - because he was nice & polite. When I asked him about stuff he was doing - he explained what they were going to do in detail. They even wore "booties." I wish all workmen were this good! They cleaned up outside very well, and there was a mess of stuff that had to come outside because they were replacing my entire duct work. You should be proud of those guys that are representing your company. I wonder if all of your crew is this nice? I also wish I had called your company 20 years ago to put in my heating unit. If it goes - before I do - I will be calling your company to replace it. I am sure because of the good job your people did, my heating & air conditioning bill will be less! Thanks, for having such a good crew.
