This Cape Cod style home in Vestal, NY needed insulation.

Shown here is a side attic.  4 inches of closed cell foam was sprayed to the roof deck of this attic.  2 inches was sprayed to the gable ends.  Along with the other work done in the home, this will contribute to making the home more comfortable and energy efficient.

Air sealing was done and an insulated storage deck was built.  14 inches of cellulose insulation was then blown in around the deck.  As a result, this home will be both more comfortable and more energy efficient.
