Our Home Comfort Specialist went out to do some infrared imaging and a blower door test, which helps to see where the problem areas are within the home. Our Home Comfort Specialist then recommended blown-in cellulose insulation compared to the loose fill fiberglass that was currently in their attic.  cellulose insulation is not only environmentally friendlier than fiberglass insulation it also deters pest and does not support any fungal growth if moisture ever gets into your attic.   Cellulose insulation also reduces air flow resulting in warmer rooms in the winter and cooler rooms in the summer.

This Colonial style home in Prince Frederick, Maryland was experiencing drafts and high energy bills because there was not enough insulation in their attic. 

Our Home Comfort Specialist performed an extensive home energy evaluation to determine insulation levels and where the home was leaking air. The Production Crew provided airsealing measures to prevent future air leakage. They also installed cellulose insulation in the attic to improve the overall comfort of the home and to lower the homeowner's utility bills.
