Kevin of Wheeling, WV was complaining his home wasn't warm during the colder months and couldn't keep it cold enough during the summer. After researching Kevin found Home Environment Solutions and gave them a call.
Russ, our energy consultant, went and discussed how Kevin only had bare minimum insulation and nothing was air sealed so his heat or air was just creeping out through his attic. Zach and his team went in and removed all the old insulation and air sealed all the air cracks. After airsealing with Polyurethane Foam they blew in TruSoft Cellulose to an R60 value.
Kevin has since called in to let us know how cool his house has been on these hotter days, and his bill isn't super high to do it. He is super happy with the outcome and cant wait to tell people all about it.
Becky called because the upstairs of her Wheeling, WV home was not comfortable. Home Environment Solutions sent Russ to inspect Becky's home. He found all of the normal problems that come with a cape cod.

The HES team came and installed blocking in the attic to stop the air loss of air and heat.
David needed to upgrade his insulation the attic of his Wheeling, WV home. He called Home Environment Solutions and set up a free in home estimate. The home needed old insulation removed, air sealed and new blown in cellulose. David also agreed that encapsulating the duct system would be a good investment to stop heat loss from the furnace.
