  We had an HVAC company come repair our furnace and they forgot to put the condensation line back in the pump. Water leaked for a couple months before we found a substantial amount of mold. We were referred to Home Environment solutions by our insurance agent. They came out the next day and took care of everything. They handled everything with our insurance adjustor and did the entire mold cleanup. After they were finished the place was spotless. They did an excellent job!

  We were very satisfied with our experience with Home Environment Solutions and the installation of the insulation in our home. It is well worth the cost. We have already noticed that our air conditioner is running less often, and for shorter periods of time as well. It is not comfortable to actually sleep upstairs and work in the upstairs office. The installers, Mike & Craig were very professional. They gave clear and detailed answers to our questions and addressed our concerns promptly and completely. Their work was done in a careful and neat manner. Before leaving, they cleaned all of the work areas.   Our upstairs bedrooms were like an oven in the summer and were very cold in the winter. When Home Environment Solutions evaluated the rooms we found that there was no insulation in the walls or the ceilings. During the summer the temperatures were at least ten degrees cooler after they installed the proper insulation. We can now sleep upstairs! The workers were courteous and very professional. Carpets were covered daily, and the workers were diligent in the daily cleanup. They patiently and clearly answered all of our questions, and addressed our concerns.   Hi Christie I just wanted to follow up with the insulation service that you provided at our home in Finleyville. The Master Bedroom and walk in closet of the house we purchased was very cold. We had two heating and AC companies look in the attic and both saw nothing wrong. Your man came down from the attic and informed us that there was no attic insulation in that area. Your service people came out and insulated the area and almost instantly improved the coldness problem. No additional heaters needed like the Heating company suggested.   First of all I want to sincerely thank you for the impeccable job you guys did at my residence. We had mold in the attic mainly concentrated to one side of the roof. From meeting you at the home show to working with Russ, and the incredible crew you have with Brandon, Zach, Cam I'm sure you don't need me to tell you, but it was extremely apparent and gratifying to see their work ethic and attention to detail. They always took the time to answer my questions and took the time to show me "Dr. Energy light's" mistakes and explained the correct way to insulate and use the products. It's been about 6 months since the work in the attic and it has truly been incredible just what a difference it has made ($80-$90 average savings every month in the summer) compared to last year.
