I have had superior service and contacts with all but one of your personnel. I understand that he is long gone from your staff. One thing comes to mind concerning the Annual AC inspection, the unit should be waxed as a part of the inspection I have been told. It would be good, and appreciated, if this service were performed. I don't know how many times it has been done but I am fairly sure that it was for the first three years. Thank you for allowing my input

My house is finally an even temperature all-throughout the home. Even my son's room, which used to be at-least two degrees colder, is the same comfortable temperature as the entire house. My crawl space is moisture-free and my bare feet stay warm on the hardwood floors of my home. If I didn't have to crawl around in it, I would consider making my crawl space my "man-cave!" Great team, great work! My utility bills are lower, and I was actually paid by AEP to have upgrades to my home. Thanks you! Thank you! I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family!

after last call i think the issue was missed on the first call, probably my fault because i stressed the humidity control, 2 great service reps and will continue to call you for service. Probably spent $160.00 that I did not need to, but was my fault. Love your techs attitude.
