She was worried the cold air was entering her home and couldn’t keep it warm. Technician Miguel quoted the customer and set her up to cover all can lights with covers. Explaining to her that the ceiling fan junction boxes and exhaust fans need to have covers. Also Adding that the chimney was a major problem as to why the cold air was entering the attic. We insured her that we at Fortenberry Roofing would get the Chimney wrapped with Insulation to keep the cold air out of the house.
