Dear Sir/Madam,
I wish to write you with an offer of thanks and praise for your service team who recently helped my mother and I resolve an issue with our house crawl space. We are currently attempting to sell our house and are planning to relocate to a retirement community so mom can more easily get about (she suffers from arthritis and cannot easily climb stairs). We lost our last offer to purchase due to what a house inspector claimed was "excessive structural damage" due to water and other issues possibly related to the house's air conditioning system. I failed to accept such a preposterous and untrue statement. However in order to satisfy my real estate agent's requests, I visited your office and spoke with Shawn Messer, your residential sales team leader. He graciously listened to my case and brought in a team of technicians to my house the following day. They went under the house and inspected every pertinent detail. The end result was that the house inspector was indeed wrong in his assessment. GSM provided an official letter of their own findings along with 16 photos to back up their observations.
Even though we have not been able to sell our home just yet, we now have sufficient proof that I have provided to my agent as well as MLS to cover any concerns regarding our house's crawl space. I want to thank not only Shawn but Wayne King and others who were involved in assisting us. GSM went well above and beyond the call of duty to help us on short notice. Mom and I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy provided to us in this matter.
