Paul Crowley was our first contact with Halco's plumbing service, and we were impressed. He is evidently well informed of the latest technologies related to plumbing, water conditioning, water filtering, and reverse osmosis, which were some of the topics on which we needed his expertise. Paul listened carefully to our concerns, and gave us frank opinion about possible solutions, always providing clear information regarding pros and cons of different alternatives. The job he did with the problem copper pipes looks outstanding. He was also very thorough in providing well-considered options to help us resolve the problems we are having with water quality. We were delighted with his professionalism.

Thom did a great job of explaining what I could do to make my heating & cooling system more efficient. When the time comes, HALCO will be at the top of my list.

I want to say thank you for sending Mr. Bret Wyllie to fix the leak coming out of one of the pipes in the basement. From the moment he arrived to when he left and finished the job the next day he was so professional, so nice, so knowledgeable, and easy to talk with.
