Bill's and Vince Graham's assessment was very thorough and high professional. The work was completed in a timely and thorough manner by highly skilled and well-supervised crews. All members of the work crews were very courteous and available for answering questions throughout the project. To be honest, we are not accustomed to such a high level of professionalism from many of the contractors we have dealt with over the years. We are indeed impressed.The follow-up by Bill after completion of the work was excellent. Please pass onto Bill, Mike, Dave, and everyone else who worked the project our sincere thanks for a job well done. We couldn't be more pleased.
