After our previous plumbing contractor caused a major leak in our three year old hot water boiler, we called Pipe Works Services for help. Outside temperature was getting frigid, so we needed a new water boiler quickly in order to heat the house. Pipe Works Services went beyond their call of duty and installed our new hot water boiler on a Saturday in the middle of a major snowstorm so that we didn't have to suffer another day of freezing cold. That's what I call great service! The quality of work was also excellent, and all the staff and crew at Pipe Works were most professional and courteous. Pipe Works Services also back up their installation work with a five year parts and labor warranty. This is the reason why Pipe Works is a little more expensive than other companies, because they deliver quality work and they back it up with a long warranty. Before we called Pipe Works, we used another plumbing company that gave us the lowest quotes and estimates, but that company's service and work quality were horrible. Pipe Works Services is way better and it most certainly deserves an A+.

A service call was placed to your company by Rheem Water Heaters to service a recently purchased water heater. I just wanted to let you know that the service tech, Sal Petraccaro was extremely helpful and congenial. With service techs like Sal I would never hesitate to call Pipe Works for any plumbing needs that I have and would never hesitate to recommend you to anyone I know.

When I had a plumbing problem today, I immediately thought of calling Pipe Works and Patti in the office sent Rich who had been so helpful in July when I had a massive problem. You really have great, professional and pleasant people working for you. Rich took care of the plumbing trouble and even cleaned up so there was no mess left. he took pride in his work which again reflects the stand of work ethic you set. And Patti is the friendly "voice of our company." I write letters when I see people doing more than their "job"and try to show my appreciation. Your crew, each of whom I'm on a first name basis is exemplary. Great Experience-Service Work – We had PIPE WORKS come to our house for some service work and they were exceptional. The plumber, who is also the owner, was knowledgeable and very nice. They were also very reasonable. We had gotten quotes from other plumbers who were astronomical. We will definitely be using them in the future. Highly reccommend.
