Paul, receipt of your customer satisfaction survey served as a timely reminder to write you this note of thanks for the recently completed installation of our new heating and cooling systems and hot water heater. There is always some trepidation when one opens their house to unfamiliar workmen for the first time. Not in this case. Kevin and the rest of the team were truly a pleasure to have in our house! They were pleasant, extremely courteous, and left the house in pristine condition at the end of each day. As I already mentioned to you, even several of our neighbors were impressed by the interactions they had with them. Moreover, I appreciated the fact that when I contacted you to install the vent that was overlooked, you did so promptly and without hesitation. I have, and will certainly continue to, recommend your company without any reservations.

We couldn't be more impressed with the service Mike Tapia provided to us with our A.C. issues. We have never had a technician that was so knowledgeable and willing to take the time to make sure we understood everything he did. He was extremely well mannered and trustworthy. He even gave us advice on a plumbing issue we were having at our other house. We would never go to anyone else after such a pleasant experience.

I was very happy and impressed with Jonathan Dorieux, a technician from PipeWorks Services in Chatham, when he came to my home to help out with some issues we were having with our A/C system. Jonathan is a polite, friendly and may I add handsome young man, who was very clear and to the point with what needed to be done. He was able to get the job done promptly. My family and I are thankful for our "cool" home in these very hot days and this is thanks to the great service PipeWorks offers and of course to Jonathan.
