Customer called in after one his tenants was not getting any hot water. Our plumber Chris arrived to home to find the water heater leaking from inside the tank. The customer knew replacement was the only option. Chris was able to start the replacement installation right away. A long time Pipe Works Services customer in Summit, NJ called about a clogged toilet located in the second floor hallway bathroom. The customer said they thought there child may have put something down that toilet. After diagnosing that there must have been an obstruction, our technician Mario removed a small glass jar after removing the toilet from the base. Mario reinstalled the toilet and restored its proper water flow.

New HVAC Install in Summit, NJ

Pipe Works arrived to home to diagnose the cause of AC not working properly. Found newly installed overflow safety switch to be activated due to water being in the secondary drain pan. Checked over condensate drain line and it was draining O.K. The primary drain pan had water in one corner, but not the other.
