After inspecting the homeowner’s attic, we identified leaky ducts and an attic that hadn’t been air-sealed. A light lift for the chandelier was also present, which we carefully sealed to eliminate leaks while boxing out the electrical components to meet code. We then encapsulated the ducts, removed the old fiberglass insulation, and air-sealed the attic’s top plates. This air sealing prevents conditioned air—air the homeowner pays for—from escaping into the unconditioned attic space. Once the sealing work was complete, we blew in TruSoft cellulose insulation to reach the optimal R-60. With the attic now properly insulated, the home is more comfortable and energy-efficient.
Before:
When exploring the attic of this house in Ocean Gate, NJ, we found the bathroom exhaust fan improperly ventilated.
After:
After removing all the old insulation and sealing the seams in the attic with Orange ZypFoam, we properly connected a back draft damper with insulated duct work to an exterior hood. Finally, we add our state of the art insulation True-Soft, a Cellulose material which is environmentally safe and helps insulate your house at a more proficient rate of 40% over fiberglass insulation.
By eliminating unwanted moisture into the attic, we have prevented the attic from mold and roof rot.

Water stained floor can be seen here with an unserviceable Sump Pump in Ocean Gate, NJ.
After:
With hard work we replaced a Sump Pump with our Super Sump Kit which includes; a closed lid to protect from gases like Radon, a Water Watch Alarm for leaks or failures, a Heavy Duty Liner Bucket, a Clean Pump Stand, and a heavy duty cast iron Zoller pump.
Installing a new Sump Pump with our Sump Pump Kit and Zoller cast iron pump will eliminate any flooding or leaks in the basement.
Before:
Looking in the basement we can see exposed earth, water and unwanted moisture. With exposed earth, gases like Radon may cause an unhealthy environment in the basement.
After:
A heavy duty 20 Mil Clean Space Liner is installed over the exposed earth and sealed properly. We finished the basement by installing insulation to the basement walls called FOMAX. These rigid boards are fire rated and helps contain moisture migrating into the walls. Using the Orange ZypFoam to seal any seams helps keep the basement insulated and sealed properly.
With the proper liners installed and sealed, we eliminated any unhealthy gases in the basement. We have also prevented water and moisture building up through the walls and floors. Not to mention that the heavy duty liner is durable enough to walk on and a place for storage.
Before:
Customer’s attic had old fiberglass insulation, the attic wasn’t air sealed, and our customer had no storage space.
After:
With a clean attic we now have plenty of storage space. Using Orange ZypFoam we air sealed the attics seams. The storage deck was properly insulated underneath with TruSoft, Cellulose. We separated the floor deck with Dams to keep the insulation properly in place.
The results show a clean attic that is properly air sealed and insulated. This will keep your house comfortable from the extreme temperatures outside.
