Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo went to the home to conduct a free no-obligation estimate for the homeowner. After a thorough inspection, Henrik recommended our Crawl Space Encapsulation service.
A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed drainage matting on the ground of the crawl space to help with water flow beneath the other layers. Next, the crew installed TerraBlock® insulation panels to protect the space against frost and also installed a layer of CleanSpace® water vapor barrier to finish the project. Polyurethane spray foam was also installed on the vertical walls of the crawl space to provide more insulation.
Now that the crawl space has been encapsulated with our 3-layer process, the homeowner can relax much more comfortably in their home.
