After thorough inspection, it was decided that the best fix to the issue would be to install the GeoLock® Wall Anchor System, as seen in the photo. These galvanized steel anchors work to create a pulling, stabilizing force on the wall, which can help shift the wall back to the original positioning. 

A homeowner in Hermantown, MN was experiencing some issues with the deck of their home. The structure had started heaving and would mess with the windows on the porch. It was determined that the deck would need a set of helical pier units installed to help stabilize the structure.
