A homeowner reached out to DBS regarding an issue with their foundation wall. A large crack had formed, and it caused the wall to shift and also allowed water to leak in. The problem needed to be solved. DBS went to the home and installed WallDefense straps. These straps are made of carbon fiber-reinforced polymers, and are very quickly installed. These straps will work to hold the entirety of the block wall together, and will prevent further damage from occuring. 

A cabin owner in Duluth, MN reached out to DBS regarding their cabin foundation. It was beginning to settle and sink in to the ground, which was concerning for the owner. A Design Specialist went out to the property to provide a free, no-obligation estimate for the service. It was determined that the foundation would need to be jacked up and required new support beams, as shown in the photo. The results turned out well, and the cabin has now been stabilized with the support of new beams.

A homeowner in Duluth, MN was experiencing insulation problems in the basement of their home. In need of a solution, they reached out to DBS. After thorough inspection, it was concluded that the joists of the basement would need spray foam installed, as shown in the pictures attached.
