Homeowners of a partially-finished basement in Duluth, MN were having issues with moisture entering through the basement's foundation. With aspirations to finish their basement, they wanted a solution to the water issues before investing in basement finishing. He and his production team installed our WaterGuard® System along the perimeter of the basement, as well as CleanSpace® Wall Poly on the walls.
The system directs all moisture to a new TripleSafe™ sump pump. The crew connected this system to a new discharge line with IceGuard® to prevent freezing water in the winter months.
