A DBS Foreman led the installation on this project with assistance from a crew. Together they first installed a layer of dimpled drainage matting to help regulate water flow underneath the layers of material. Next, they laid down panels of TerraBlock™ foam insulation for blocking frost. Finally, they sealed the space with CleanSpace® water vapor barrier. To finish the project, the crew sprayed closed-cell polyurethane spray foam insulation on the vertical walls of the crawlspace.
Now that the crawlspace has been properly encapsulated, the homeowner will be able to relax more comfortably in their warm, healthy home.

DBS recently completed a garage insulation project in Minneapolis, MN, using our high-quality spray foam product. The homeowner, an avid DIY enthusiast, wanted to transform their garage into a functional space for small projects. Uneven floors with cracks made moving tools and materials a challenge, while poor insulation left the garage too cold to work in during the harsh Minnesota winters. Our team addressed his concerns in two separate projects. We addressed his insulation concerns by providing durable spray foam insulation, ensuring the garage can retain heat efficiently. Now, this homeowner can enjoy a warm, comfortable, and functional space for their projects all year round!
