This homeowner needed some repairs and improvements to their crawl space in Shady Side, MD before moving into this newly purchased home.  Our home comfort specialist, Merv, met with the customers and assessed their crawl space needs quickly.  He recommended some improvements:  there were spots in the ceiling where the fiberglass insulation was missing, insulation was falling down, and the vapor barrier was improperly installed.

Our teams replaced the insulation that was missing in the crawl space ceiling, installed the vapor barrier and installed insulation netting over the existing insulation in the crawl space area to keep the insulation from falling.  The homeowners will benefit from more comfortable temperatures in their home and increased energy efficiency.
