Job review from Larry in Barboursville, WV 25504 on 03/13/14
I have had superior service and contacts with all but one of your personnel. I understand that he is long gone from your staff. One thing comes to mind concerning the Annual AC inspection, the unit should be waxed as a part of the inspection I have been told. It would be good, and appreciated, if this service were performed. I don't know how many times it has been done but I am fairly sure that it was for the first three years.
