He was extremely caring with our 1940s home that needed attic insulation replacement and closed cell spray foam on attic knee walls. He came out multiple times and was meticulous in making the plan for our home well thought out. It was a complicated space due to an addition added onto the home in early 2000s, and all other contractors did not seem to care nearly as much about the details being right. "We live in an old townhome in Del Ray. We were humidity issues throughout our house and our electric bills were incredibly high. Jon P from Comfenergy came out and took a look at our place and identified some of our issues. He then took the time to listen to my concerns and offered up some ideas on how we could address our problem (all incredibly affordable!). Comfenergy came out and removed our existing insulation, air-sealed our attic, and then installed new insulation. Our electric bills have been cut in half and our attic looks amazing. They took the time to educate us about how to best prioritize our focus to get the greatest bang for our buck.  The materials sent in the introductory package were extremely informative.  The crew was wonderful, courteous, professional, and exemplary all around. 

Shayne Sandner was extremely professional, polite, thorough, and explained everything that he did so that I could understand it and even followed up with pictures of the work completed.  He spent a lot of time at our house showing us where we were losing energy.   The crew was very polite and respectful, hard-working, and completely thorough and even completely cleaned the area when finished.

Izzy not only got the job done (with the assistance of his crew) but he explained the process and physically showed me the problems when he was able to identify them.
