The salesman and everything was great! The crew literally went above and beyond! They cleaned up everything before leaving. I have already noticed a difference because of the spray foam insulation. Have not surveyed under the house yet but from what I have seen - outstanding. Workmanship and crew are outstanding! We want to commend one of your service members, Mike O'Bier, who visited us the first of May to discuss the services of our company. We have never written such a letter as this to any company who has provided services to us in the past, so this a first for us! We just wanted to let you know your company is very fortunate to have Mike O'Bier. We were considering several companies who would replace the insulation under our home as we had been told by our Pest Management Control Company that the insulation there needed replacing. Mike came representing your company and shared with us the we would get if we went with The Drying Company. We had a great experience with The Drying Company! First, Rick Carr did a fantastic job of presenting the available options and gave us a good quote. We are also grateful your company worked with us as we waited on the HOA to approve the gutters. Secondly, your team was very prompt and courteous in keeping us informed on the date/time the installation would take place. There were no hiccups and the installation team was on time and ready to go. You have a very nice crew with great customer service mindsets. Lastly, the installation went smoothly and it looks beautiful! We have received numerous compliments from the neighborhood. Thank you for doing such a great job overall!

Tony Williams was great. Awesome would be a good word for him. He was a pleasure to meet, very experienced, thorough and he explained everything. The experience was good all the way around. The crews were great—I have nothing bad to say about them. The 3 man crew who did the liner worked non-stop until the job was done. Very polite. The 2 man crew, David and Moe, were very polite, personable, and at all times very pprofessional. I'd give them an "11." But you can oly go up to "10." They left eveything clean. I can already tell a difference in the humidity in the house, which was a reason why we had this encapsulation done. And yes, I will be a reference.  

Everette and Mike D. went above and beyond expectations. "They made Lemonade out of lemons." They did an exceptional job. Worked really hard and made sure everything was done to my liking. I will recommend The Drying Company to everyone. 

The man who was sent to the house to insulate the walls of Charles [...]'s house did a fabulous job they cleaned up very well outstanding work  thank you very much

 Jamie was great. He didn't push, but explained the options and then let me decide, which was what I wanted. Not being pushy was one of the reasons why I chose you. I worked from home the day the crew came. I was surprised they were able to knock it out so quickly and efficiently. They were very professional. If you had gone outside into the yard when they were done, you would have never known they were there. I went into the crawlspace after they were done and could not find a single thing wrong. I would not have done anything differently.
