Wade Hosmer's service visit was textbook on how they should be done! Arrived in driveway at exact minute of appointment. Came to front door introduced himself, told what he'd be doing and how long it'd take. Also helpful in demonstrating the crawl space water alarm. Activated it several times for me to see if audible inside house, etc. Showed the dehumidifier filter he replaced, etc. Answered all my questions, etc.
