This was a long, painful process. After calling everybody in the phone book and hearing their "I don't knows" about everything or their pushing of services I did not need, I was fed up. Craig could sense my frustration. He showed me what was wrong using technical equipment. When he was done I understood what was wrong and what was needed to fix it.
