This homeowner had done his research and he knew he wanted to encapsulate his crawlspace. He had been looking online and liked the CleanSpace System and wanted to fix it once and for all. We removed all of the nasty sagging insulation from the crawlspace, cleaned out all the debris and got it ready for CleanSpace. We then installed our 2 part vapor barrier system with drainage matting to ensure the moisture was under control. We added closed cell spray insulation to the foundation walls and of course, installed the worlds greatest dehumidifier, the SaniDry Sedona.
