Along with your quote, I received three others. You were, by far, the best overall proposal. Additionally, dealing with your Comfort Adviser was a very good experience. With all the other quotes, I felt pressure to make a decision quickly and they immediately told me that certain systems would meet the tax credit criteria. Your Salesperson was very patient and instructed me that it would be best to consult a tax professional regarding the credit. This further eased my mind that I was making the right decision.

We just had new windows installed within the last year that didn't seem to make any difference. GSM Services (DES Charlotte) came in, performed the testing and made upgrades that made an unbelievable difference. Our utility costs are down and we're now comfortable in an area of our house that has always been a problem. We would recommend Dr. Energy Saver to anyone!

We want to say thank you for giving the kids back their FROG (front room over garage) during the summer months.
We built our home in 2001. So you would have expected everything to be tight as it relates to Energy Savings and Comfort.
During the hotter summer months, the bonus room over the garage was always warmer than the rest of our house. The kids always complained about the comfort level.
During our whole home energy audit, you discovered two exterior knee walls were improperly sealed and insulated. The repairs were made and over the last three weeks with outside temperatures in the mid-90's the room is PERFECT.
No more hot FROG.
The kids and I thank you for giving us back or FROG during the summer months.

I liked the fact that HVAC, duct and insulation could be performed by the same company. I really appreciate Kelly during this entire process.
