Always have enjoyed working with professionals. Normally do not do surveys immediately after the work is completed so consider this review as a multi-part task. GSM has been around for decades and based on most recent info available to me, no complaints have been filed with the BBB! Wanted to replace an aging HVac system so I reached out to GSM and had Jim Smith come out for a review of my current system. Between Jim and Shaun Messer, they quickly provided options, choices were made and the new install was set. GSM provided pre-check calls; also Mike, one of their technicians arrived to prep the area. Very knowledgeable and professional. Day of install, Stephen Van Scyoc arrived on-time and immediately began his part of the install. Shortly after Stephen arrived, the other crew members began arriving and the work commenced. Noticeable things which deserve mentioning: All the crew was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Safety protocols were followed and as the work was being preformed, they were cleaning up behind themselves. One item which stood out was as the work was being performed, I observed Stephen giving guidance and instructions to the various crew members. Even offered up suggestions as to how to attack specific "possible" trouble areas and mentored them thru that task. Bottom line is the old unit is gone, the new system installed, area cleaned up, discussed the crew's install job with Stephen. He did a "recap" of what was done, and all in less than a day. Looking forward to Mike returning to finish up his part, get the system inspected by the county, and even a follow up with Jim Smith.
