Our Service Advisor Matthew performing a heating system tune up on a furnace in the attic of the customer.  He throughly cleaned and serviced the unit and even organized the wiring for the system that was a complete mess.

Our Service Advisor Matthew, went out to this home and completely overhauled the unit.  

During this visit Matthew tightened all electrical connections, verified all high voltage levels, verified all control voltage levels, tested all motors and compressor to ensure amp draws are within proper range, and inspected all safeties for proper operation. We verified all start assists were within factory recommended range, inspected ductwork, and verified input and output levels on gas valve. We verified temperature difference across evaporator coil or heat exchanger, and visually inspected burners, and heat exchanger. We verified proper operation of auxiliary heat strips (if applicable). We inspected all fan wheels and blades for debris, cracks, balance, vacuumed out burner and blower compartment, and verified thermostat operation. We changed air filters if covered by the agreement, and cleaned up around equipment after the precision tune up was completed. We will also be checking all gas appliances to ensure that there are no carbon monoxide dangers at this time. We will check fire extinguishers, dryer vents, and test the batteries in all smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. Matthew will have listed repair or system enhancement options for future reference that could potentially enhance your comfort, health & safety, extend the life of the equipment or help prevent excessively high utility bills.

All of this is done regularly on every PTU "Precision Tune Up"

No matter the brand or size, James will take care of your heating/cooling system as it was his.  Not only do we do a thorough inspection and cleaning of the inside of the unit, we also take care of the outside as well.   Insuring that all problems are eliminated and all dirt that potentially could enter your system is taken care of. 

During a tune up, we will chemically clean the unit outside.  This ensures that all debris is clear from constricting the unit to function properly.
