This customer had high humidity levels in his home -- condensation on windows, allergy problems...  Notice the wet gravel on the crawlspace floor.  The fiberglass blanket on the crawlspace wall had absorbed a TON of water, and was so heavy that it was falling down.

We installed drainage matting and bright white "CleanSpace" on the floor, and foil-faced rigid foam board insulation on the walls.  The result is a clean, dry environment beneath the house, which means drier air in the home above, too.

This heat from this house in Webster was escaping up into the attic through the poorly installed fiberglass insulation.  We installed clean, safe, blown cellulose insulation.

We were called to make this home in Webster more comfortable. We quickly saw that there was more than air sealing and insulation that was needed.  We ended up installing a new Navien tankless hot water heater, a new furnace, and added a new heat run and cold air return before adding 14 inches of cellulose in the attic.

This townhouse had an old furnance that wasn't heating their home properly. We installed an new high efficiency furnace along with new insulation in their attic and added fan venting to the home, to complete the job. This Webster townhouse is now energy efficient and more comfortable all year around. 

This Webster customer made the switch to a Navien Tankless water heater. Any tankless water heater is inherently more efficient than any tank-type water heater!
