Good morning, I wanted to let you know we notice a big difference in our home.  And I'm not talking about the mess we made trying to get ready.  Its been a roller coaster ride trying to get approved and all the different twists and changes along the way.  Thanks for your efforts.  Just so you know I wanted to tell you Halco is making a difference in peoples' lives.  I also greatly appreciate the crew that came.  They were very professional and you could tell that they cared.  You are lucky to have Kevin he is very good at what matters most. Hal, I felt compelled to write this email to you about the Insulation Crew that was at my residence this week, (Dave, Chris, Mike & Jeff). I have never met such polite and respectful contractors in my life as these fine young gentleman portrayed in representing your company. They went above a beyond to make sure the fumes were vented from my house as my wife is currently undergoing Chemo treatment and is very sensitive to smells of any kind. After they left you would never know they were here do to the cleanliness of their work habits. I am just speechless and I understand why your company earned the top contractor for NYSERDA. Kudos's to you and your staff for a job well done. The A/C crew who are coming next week to install central air have a tough act to follow, but I am sure they will perform to my expectations. I would also like to give credit to Doug and Todd for their expertise in the design and planning. You have a fine company and great work ethic. Hi, Hal. Just finished clearing most of my desk which happens all to infrequently. Came across all checks from you and sent in pre-payment on the REEL loan. I just want to say I am impressed with your follow up and commitment to that whole issue. You are a gentlemen. Your word as a businessman is taken by me as an absolute. Dear Jim, Thank you so much for all of your help and expertise.  The grant has been revised and new insulation accepted.  Should start around June 1st.  Contractor booked until then, but mission accomplished.  Bless you for your help. Janet and Warren S.

I just had to tell you that Jason went above and beyond the call to duty today. We are out of town and got an alert that the temperature was down in the house. Called in and got a service call scheduled - which Jason got the call. When Jason arrived, the road hadn't been plowed and was not passable. Jason took it upon himself to walk into the house from East Lake Rd. Jason determined that despite the gauge on the propane tank showing 15%, that there was no propane. He felt really bad that he had to charge us for the service call since the problem was no propane. The good news is I got Superior there - they found gauge on the tank was defective and the tank was empty - filled tank and got everything restarted - and are reimbursing me for your service call.   I know in your business you get enough complaints - but just wanted you to know that you have a great employee in Jason.   Stay safe - John
