Thank you for having such a pleasant business group. From the secretaries to the technicians to the engineers. Everyone is and has been very pleasant. I have just replaced my air, heating and hot water and all seemed most polite and trustworthy. Thanks for whatever it is that you do to send out such pleasant people.

The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Jason Clark identified the problem, quickly, and the furnace is running great. Response time was great.

Service was very good. Mike and Dani were informative, responded to questions, and explained their procedures in detail.  They were also efficient, and respectful of activities going on in the residence.  I would recommend them for plumbing work to anyone.

Chad was a really nice guy who seemed comfortable & knowledgeable. We enjoyed having him in our home and look forward to future service.

Halco had come to our home to do some blown in cellulose insulation in our attic and although Ron had gone upstairs and checked several times, the force had blow a light fixture out in the closet and cellulose filled and spilled out of our closet. I recently had tendon and ligament repair and cannot put any weight on my foot and only go upstairs at night, so we had not realized what had happened until Jay came home from work and had gone upstairs. Jay and I put in over 3 hours last night cleaning up the cellulose that overflowed into our bedroom from the closet, but it became just too hard for me on one leg. Ron DeRue from Halco came this morning and finished where we left off and went above and beyond to make things right and when he was done you would never know we had that mess last night - I am beyond grateful. Ron took every single item one by one (and there was ALOT in that closet) and vacuumed them one by one till all cellulose was off- granted I will still be washing them, but he saved hours of tedious labor for me on one leg. I wish I could attach photos so you could see just how much tedious labor this involved. And for our trouble and inconvenience Halco is sending us a gift card for dinner on them. I just wanted to take this opportunity to let the Halco Energy Company know how impressed I was with your employee Zach’s professionalism while installing our new Navien Boiler. Zach has a great attitude and was very considerate of our home while completing his work. I was also very impressed with his layout abilities and mechanical skills. While I observed the ongoing boiler install it was evident to me that Zach strives to produce a quality product and will not let himself accept anything less. In today’s world it was refreshing to see a young man with this kind of attitude and professionalism.

Appreciate the prompt response & techs explanation of the problem and the fix. Also the extra concern with an LP check- routine tune up at furnace/AC also done. Super.Many Thanks

Dear Halco, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you again. I contacted your company almost 3 years ago when I started really having troubles with my boiler. A salesman came out and did a home energy audit. Then I waited.  Well needless to say I called again when my boiler really stopped working and found out that the one gentleman no longer works for your company and because it had been so long another energy audit had to be done. That is when you sent out David (thank you)! David was very polite, knew exactly what needed to be done, what papers needed to be filled out and even had to deal with the water department because I had a water main break in front of my house and there was a sheet of ice in front of my house!  David went above and beyond in order to help me and my family. Even coming out another time because I could not get my important forms off my computer for him. David also kept in contact with me to let me know how everything was going with the application process. Then I received the very best call ever from him that I was approved for the 50/50 and the insulation for my home. You have no idea how happy I was. Within a couple of weeks my family and I would have HEAT in our house!!!! Almost two months with only electrical heaters to heat our home in the dead of winter. Thankfully, it was not our normal Wayne County winter. We then met Josh and Richard who were our installers. And thank you yet again!! These two gentlemen are an asset to your company. Honestly, all three of them are!!!! In just two days Josh and Richard were able to install the new system, remove the old, and make it look like they were never there. Josh and Richard were a delight to have in my home, they were extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had and there were hundreds of them. Never once did I feel like I was a bother to them. And I was amazed that even with all my questions it did not slow them down whatsoever. It was a pleasure to have them in my home and I will highly recommend David, Josh and Richard to everyone I can, and already have!!! The day that Josh and Richard were finished, David called me again to see how things went and I could not contain the excitement in my voice, of the pure joy that I had to walk into a warm home again. David will be coming out again so that we can start the next step of the insulation. And honestly I cannot wait!!! If everyone in your company is as professional, fun, and as trustworthy as these three have been, you will be receiving another letter from me. Also sorry for my spelling, I am an auto mechanic, not a journalist! :)
