Thank you for the work Halco did installing our geothermal furnace, basement waterproofing, and windows. The house is comfortable and it is wonderful not having to worry about mold or flooding in the basement. The duct work and furnace look like they have always been here rather than a retrofit. The Halco teams worked well together, from what I could tell, even when there was a scheduling overlap between the basement and furnace teams. I very much appreciate you coming to correct the water leakage around the geothermal line where it enters the basement. We have not noticed any problems since you were here. Please extend my thanks to everyone who worked on this project.

I just want to commend your company for employing such a superior person like Mike Adsitt.  He went over and above to repair my boiler.  He is very knowledgeable in the boiler repair.  The outstanding part of this repair is not only that the repair was done, it’s the time he took to explain how things work in my boiler.  Not all service people will take the time.  He did.  As a widow, trying to keep my home of 50 yrs working in good condition, it is very important.  It allows my son the comfort to know his mother is being treated with care and respect.  Thank you!!
