I was very impressed with the way the work crew knew exactly who was doing what, how diligently they went about their work, and how considerate they were to me and to my property throughout their time here. It was cold; it was noisy (barking dogs); however, nothing seemed to interfere with their work.
Our Overall Service
I think the only "improvement" that might be made in the entire process is a bit more contact between the time of the audit and the final scheduling of the work. I had no idea of what the time line for the process was and found myself wondering what was happening during the weeks between the NYSERDA approval and the next contact from you. An email update at least one time explaining the status of the application would have been very helpful.
