Thank you again for coming out to us during the worst weather we've had in a long time. It was the least ideal conditions for our basement to flood possible and for us to lose our heat and hot water. Our pipes surely would have frozen if you didn't come out and manage to get our furnace running again. Thank you very much for your dedication to keeping us safe and warm!
There was a terrible blizzard the night we needed help so I understand that getting to our house was not easy but it was 7F out and we had no heat. It was 8.5 hours before someone made it to our house. However, someone did come near midnight and fix our furnace and for that I am grateful.
We were told someone would at our house between 6-9pm and no one came until nearly midnight, we could not get anyone on the phone after 9pm to find out if someone was still coming to our house which caused a lot of stress.
He was wonderful, fixed our heat promptly, was friendly and courteous even though I am sure he had had a long, rough day and the worst driving conditions to get to us.
You told me you could fix my furnace and my hot water heater after my basement flooded. I appreciate that you could fix them instead of replace them. Thank you.
It took a week for the part to come in and get our hot water heater working again, even though this was a model that Halco installed and recommended 4 years ago. We had no hot water for a week. It kinda sucked. I am glad you were able to repair it, however, instead of having to replace it due to the flooding in our basement when our sump pump failed. It is working perfectly now, thank you.
While I tell people interested in putting solar on their house that my experience so far is...
