My only "complaint" if you could call it that, is that it would have been helpful to have a customer guide to the whole process from signing to activation. Everyone involved was very good at his specialty area, but couldn't always answer questions. I probably wouldn't have felt like I was pestering people with questions along the way. I have noticed that neighbors who used other installers had a longer wait to activate, as they installed the panels, then contracted with an electrician to complete it. Halco was fast because they did it all, and bad weather just meant working inside instead of on the roof.
