Our Overall Service
The technicians were here the same day. From the moment they walked in until they left; they were polite and professional. We thought it was our well pump as we had no running water. The techs came and checked the least expensive problem it could be first; the switch on the pressure tank. It was bad and replaced. Unfortunately that didn't fix the problem. They checked the pressure tank and connections and found there was water in tank. They went into basement to check something when they discovered we had a gas leak. he followed it to our furnace, found the problem and fixed it. They could have just told us about it as it wasn't part of the water problem. It turns out the pressure tank was bad. They replaced it that day and made sure everything was working before they left. It took hours but they we so nice and personable through the whole thing, keeping us informed all the way.
