Customer called in after purchasing a new kitchen faucet. He knew a professional was needed to install it , and he knew exactly who to call. We handle all plumbing needs for this customer , and continue to make sure he gets top notch installation without ever having to worry about anything being installed improperly. Chris arrived to home and got straight to work and getting it installed. Chris was able to install the new Moen TouchSense kitchen faucet and the customer was up and running within a couple of hours.
Customer called in with an issue with their Kitchen faucet. WHile our plumber Chris was out to replace the faucet he noticed the supply line of the water to the kitchen faucet with heavy corrosion. Chris brought this to the customer attention and knew it had to be replaced immediately. This was something Chris knew he could take care of right away, due to him coming out with a fully stocked truck. Chris made simple work out of it and made the necessary repairs.
A new customer in Florham Park, NJ called Pipe Works Services on a Saturday. They had a leak from a pipe in a closet. Our technician, Pedro, was on the scene and diagnosed the issue. A hole had occurred in the cold main water pipe near the water meter. Pedro replaced a partial section of the pipe with high quality copper piping, fittings, and a new valve for the hose bib. Now, no more leak!
Pipe Works Services received a call from a former customer in Florham Park, NJ about an air conditioning problem. Our technician Alan found the unit to be frozen, then checked to see if there was a leak using uv light and refrigerant leak detector. Alan provided an estimate to replace the lineset to guarantee no further leaks. Pipe Works Services technicians Odin and Ramiot installed the new lineset which allowed the proper distribution of refrigerant without risk of a freeze up again.
A new customer in Florham Park, NJ called Pipe Works Services with an air conditioning unit needing repair. The air conditioning unit was not blowing cold air. Our technician Pablo diagnosed that the condenser was not turning on. Pablo diagnosed that the voltage distribution system and found that it was failing. Pablo also noticed that the outdoor coils were blocked and a new unit was an option. The customer choose to go with a new Lennox air conditioning system. Pipe Works Services technicians Odin, Ryan, Ramito installed a 2 Ton Lennox Condensing Unit, new evaporator coil and new lineset.
