A Customer in Watchung called Pipe Works Home Services about a single ignition system repair over the weekend. We sent our technician Matt to the rescue to help solve this problem. He then called a few days later and was thinking about purchasing a whole new system because his exceeded its life span and it was likely to have costly problems in the future. We then sent our comfort specialist Lloyd to see if a new HVAC system and new water heater was a viable solution to his problem. Pipeworks Home Services came the very next day and installed a whole new Lennox HVAC system and Rheem water heater so that he is prepared for years to come from blistering cold and scorching heat! 

Customer called in after noticing there was a small drip coming from their water heater and various fixtures. Our plumber Chris came out to diagnose what the issue could be. After some  time diagnosing , he found the culprit to be the customer's old pressure reducing valve . Chris was able to come up with some options and the customer decided to replace it along with new shut off valves for the home. Chris had the customer back up and running normally within a matter of hours.
