Insulation to Stop Pipes from Freezing in Cedar Grove, NJ
Malik was called out to a home with frozen pipes in the ceiling of a garage in Cedar Grove, New Jersey. The job required us to spray foam a section of the garage ceiling to stop water lines from freezing while removing the existing fiberglass batts. We sealed all accessible rim joist to stop drafts. Spray foam was applied to the under side of the garage ceiling with 6 inches of Lapolla 4G closed cell spray foam. Encapsulating all the exposed water lines and protected all areas where work is being performed. Pipe Works Services Inc provided a 100% satisfaction guarantee that the section of water lines running through the garage ceiling area where the spray foam is being installed will not freeze after the spray foam is completed.
