A new customer who found us online was looking to add a tankless water heater to his home in West Orange, NJ. Pipe Works Services technican Pedro was just the guy for the job and so we removed the old 40 gallon water heater and installed a new Rinnai Tankless Water Heater in West Orange, NJ.

A new customer in West Orange, NJ reached out to Pipe Works Services about having their Lennox unit condenser not working. Our esteemed air conditioning technician Zach noticed the condenser coil was very dirty and should be cleaned. Zach provided the customer with a chemical coil cleaning.

A new customer called into Pipe Works Services after seeing we are a Rheem Water Heater preferred dealer. He called Rheem and said his hot water heater was not working. Alan and Rich were on the scene and they repaired the Rheem Water Heater with a new thermo pile that the customer received directly from Rheem.

A new customer in West Orange, NJ recently purchased our Pipe Works Service Sapphire membership agreement. Our technician, Jimmy, performed the chemically condenser cleaning after the checkup revealed lots of buildup. Jimmy also cleared the condensate drain and replaced the filter.

A new customer online called Pipe Works Services looking for an estimate for a boiler and to add a gas line to a stove. They were looking to have the work done for cooler weather come around. Pipe Works Services System Design Specialist Rob gave an estimate for a new Crown Steam Boiler. Technicians Washington, Pedro, and Ryan installed a 103,000 BTU Crown Steam Boiler, new digital electronic thermostat, emergency electrical shut off switch, emergency gas shut off, new flue pipe to chimney, new emergency water shut off, and a new backflow preventer. They also adapted all the piping and fittings for the new boiler to existing installation.
