A new customer in New Brunswick, NJ called Pipe Works Services with a low water pressure problem. Other companies informed them of a possible replacement of the water line. Pipe Works Services Senior Technician Lloyd was on the scene to provided an estimate to replace the water line. The customer choose us to replace the water line so technicians Jonny, Nick, Malik, and Washington used the bullet process to create a underground trench. They shot the bullet from the basement towards the street and replaced the water line. Since the water line was repaired, pressure was regulated going from the street to the house and they were able to save money on their bills.

Customer called in after he noticed the additional room he added to home, was not maintaining the temperatures he was trying to keep it at. After our comfort advisor Rob came out to inspect the home, he found the culprit. In addition to the room the customer added it had it directly next to an unfinished crawlspace. Rob had a straightforward plan and the customer knew it was definitely going to take care of the issue. Our installers Gio and Malik were able to come out and get it taken care of within a day . 

A new customer in Mount Arlington had a small leak coming from her 40 gallon water heater. Luckily Pipe Works Services was able to install a brand new 40 gallon Rheem water heater.

A new customer in Rockaway, NJ called Pipe Works Services because her drains were clogged. Our technician, Alan, was dispatched and found obstructions in drain that were causing the clogs which were resulting in a backup in the main sewer line in the basement. Alan snaked the drain and retrieved many unwanted items: baby wipes and personal care products shouldn't be flushed!

Customer had a clogged sewer line so we were able to locate it and replace the sewer line.
