After:
With a clean attic we now have plenty of storage space. Using Orange ZypFoam we air sealed the attics seams. The storage deck was properly insulated underneath with TruSoft, Cellulose. We separated the floor deck with Dams to keep the insulation properly in place.
The results show a clean attic that is properly air sealed and insulated. This will keep your house comfortable from the extreme temperatures outside.

Before installing TruSoft cellulose insulation, we properly air sealed this Brick, NJ attic to help prevent conditioned air from escaping. We removed the existing insulation, sealed cracks, gaps, and penetrations, and installed proper vent baffles to prepare the attic for insulation. We then blew in TruSoft cellulose to achieve an optimal R-60 insulation level.
